Summary of Job Duties: The ISA-Athletic Facilities Maintenance Worker is responsible for general cleaning and set up of the athletic facilities. The duties for this include but are not limited to, backpack blowing, power washing, water hosing, painting, table and chair setup, trash removal, furniture and equipment moving. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, work non-typical hours.

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job function of this job, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

• Ability to read and write

Preferred Qualifications:

• The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Knowledge of painting and power washing

• Ability to work outside in the elements of the summer heat and the winter cold

• Ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive manual work

• Ability to work independently without close supervision

• Ability to follow oral and/or written instructions

• Ability to perform multiple tasks and to prioritize assignments

• Ability to perform repetitive manual work
