Neumann University is currently seeking an eligible NU graduate student for the position of Graduate Assistant (GA) – Athletics & Recreation Facilities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Graduate Assistant for Athletics & Recreation Facilities serves within the Athletics and Recreation department to support in the administration of the University’s varsity sports, club sports, intramural, and wellness programming.
Maintain a presence in the Athletics & Recreation department for 20-hours per week (hours do not need to be between 9am-5pm).
Attend all designated athletics events.
Help facilitate and manage assigned athletics events.
Work collaboratively with Athletics and Recreation Staff.
GA Position Specifics:
This position will report directly to the Associate Athletics Director for Facilities.
It begins on July 31, 2026 and ends late-May 2027.
This is a full-time (3/3) graduate assistantship; 20 hours per week, and may include some evening, weekend, and late-night responsibilities as required, hours may be adjusted to meet university needs.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
Enrolled master’s degree candidate in an approved graduate program at Neumann University is required
Registered for at least 6 graduate credits during any semester in which you are awarded a GA position
Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or above in graduate courses
Experience in college athletics programing
Excellent communication, organizational, customer service, and team development skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks, and to work quickly and accurately
High degree of confidentiality and professionalism
Experience with Microsoft Outlook and other Office Suite Applications preferred.
Ability to self-manage and bring projects to completion.
Clear communication, ability to keep multiple stakeholders informed, including clear communication with students.

A driver’s license
