Your Role on the Team

Under the general direction of the Director - Esports, this position is responsible for the management of the daily operations of the UCI League of Legends team.

The League of Legends team consists of highly-ranked athletes who are working towards their UCI degree. This position is responsible for all operational aspects of the team including active recruiting, facilitating tryouts, running practices, planning for competitions, and all team activities. The incumbent will manage and oversee League of Legends team practices, create daily and weekly strategic goals for individual athletes and the team, analyze and adapt to cross-regional meta trends, create and implement in-game strategies and team compositions, provide weekly video review for individuals and the team, encourage and support team bonding activities, study opponents and develop game plans for each match, as well as perform other duties within the scope of the role as assigned.
