The Manager of Activation and Client Services works as part of the Chief Commercial Officer’s (CCO) team that is responsible for developing and implementing a forward-looking, fully integrated business and marketing plan that delivers strong revenue and profit growth across all commercial business lines to include collegiate athletics and university-wide corporate relationships. S/he will be responsible for the implementation of all client services and marketing activation efforts in support Athletics and University partnerships in media, sponsorship, consumer products, ticketing, events, data/technology. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), the manager has duties include but are not limited to:
Apply NowManage all partnership activation deliverables across Athletic and University partnership agreements.
Manage all client services with partners related to sponsorship activation and fulfillment.
Manage all sponsorship valuation and measurement insights for Athletic and University partnership portfolio.
Assist with partnership activation planning externally with sponsors, and internally with Athletics and University staff.
Assist in development of annual sponsorship recap and measurement reports for sponsors.
Assist with customer service in ticketing across all sports and venues.
Assist in executing all logistics associated with media operations.
Assist student-athletes in NIL/Collective fulfillment of obligations with partners.
Requirements and Qualifications
B.A., or B.S required
Prior client services successes and participation in revenue results with a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of direct partnership activation experience (with experience in college sports a plus)
Knowledge of sports multi-media sales, ticket sales, marketing, and communications
Outstanding communication skills for interactions with partners, operational leaders, vendors, and staff
Experience managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines with strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Demonstrated experience in sponsorship valuation and measurement initiatives
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Flexibility to be available for events, which may include weekends and holidays
Limited travel as determined by business need

Pay Range:
The projectedsalary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is:
$44,022.00 - $73,406.80
Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University’s business needs and external factors.
