Job Title : Marketing & Fan Experience Analytics Assistant
Job Classification: 1/2-time Staff

Purpose of role:
Optimize data analysis, marketing strategies, planning, and measurement efforts to align with BYU Athletics, strategic priorities and objectives. From fan acquisition to fan engagement to fan conversion, the role involves a comprehensive approach to tracking and augmenting fan interactions across various touch-points. This role is pivotal in segmenting customer types, developing engagement strategies, and analyzing metrics-focused methodologies. Understand and uphold the vision and mission statement of the Athletic Department, which aligns with the AIMS and Mission of BYU while helping the volunteer student interns understand and uphold the same.

All employees are required to abide by the university's Honor Code and Dress &Grooming Standards. Preference is given to qualified candidates who are members in good standing of the affiliated church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Additionally, all new employees who are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will be required to hold and be worthy to hold a current temple recommend.
Employee Class: 1/2 Time (17.5 hour)
Work Location: Provo Campus
