Reporting to the Head Coach, Men’s Basketball, the Director of Player Development and Recruiting Coordinator coordinates and organizes administrative functions within the Men’s Basketball Program. This position requires frequent travel and often requires evening and weekend work.
Coordinates team travel, assists with game day activities, tape exchange, equipment and supplies.
Assists with on-campus recruiting duties in compliance with University,
NCAA
and Atlantic 10 regulations and policies.
Complies with all
NCAA
, Atlantic10 Conference and University rules and regulations.
Assists with tracking and monitoring compliance efforts in association with the department’s compliance office.
Assists marketing and promotions efforts with the marketing department.
Acts as the liaison with Residential Life, Dining Services, Academic Advising and other University departments as assigned.
Coordinates office organization to include assigning student workers, monitoring daily communications with outside constituents.

Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum of two years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Understanding and knowledge of
NCAA
rules and regulations.
Excellent computer skills relative to essential duties.
High level organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated commitment and motivation to building a successful program.
Experience with an
NCAA
Division I basketball program.
