Men’s Club Lacrosse Coach, TemporaryCoastal Carolina University is currently accepting applications for the following position: Men’s Club Lacrosse Coach in the Department of University Recreation. A successful candidate will be able to provide effective leadership and assist club officers in managing the club roster and practices. They will develop and lead club practice programs for the men’s club lacrosse program and will also be required to travel with the club to away matches or tournaments. The head coach is accountable to the student officers of the CCU Men’s Club Lacrosse and adherence to club university guidelines. Duties include, but are not limited to:· Monitor player development and plan accordingly.· Conduct practices.· Establish team roster.· Provide productive game management.· Provide guidance to team’s student leadership.· Represent team interests at regional and nation conference meetings.· Provide team supervision during travel. Requirements: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and lacrosse experience as a player is required. Past coaching experience at the high school or university level is preferred. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. Lacrosse experience as a player.

Preferred Qualifications

Past coaching experience at the high school or university level.

Licensure and/or Certification

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Commitment to attend all scheduled practices and games. Must be able to attend at least 2 practices a week (Fall) and 3-4 practices a week (Spring).Ambition and determination to work with a growing team. Significant knowledge of all phases of the game.
