Reporting to the head coach, this position’s primary responsibility is to aid the head coach in day to day operations of the rowing program.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

● Provide instruction for practice and regattas
● Assist in creation of training plans
● Assist in execution of race strategies
● Prepare and Analyze performance breakdown post competition
● Identify highly qualified prospective student athletes
● Assist in retention efforts
● Basic understanding of boat maintenance and care
● Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
● Previous Coaching Experience (1-2 years preferred)
● Rowing experience

WORK ENVIRONMENT & CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
● 9 Month Position
● 20 hours/week
● May be required to lift up to 50 pounds
● Position requires work on weekends and/or nights
● Travel with the team during season is expected
