Title of Position: NWS – Volleyball Team Manager/Office Assistant
Department Name, location of department: Athletics, Stoller Center
Purpose of Position: Assist in duties needed by the Volleyball program and Head Coach Kip Yoshimura
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Stat tracking (practice & games)
- Miscellaneous Microsoft and Google office tasks
- Event scheduling
- Organization of team material (including uniforms and gear)
- Set up/take down of required equipment (nets, poles, balls)
- General upkeep of team facilities
- Assist to coaching staff needs
Length of employment: Start of volleyball season until the end of the academic school year.
Qualifications
General Qualifications:
- Enrolled full time student
- Previous knowledge of the sport (Volleyball)
- Availability to travel to sporting events
- Availability to attend practices
- Good communication skills (players & coaches)
- Ability to handle online tasks (web searches)
- Other duties as assigned
