Albright College is seeking applications for Offensive Coordinator. This full-time position will serve as the offensive coordinator, film coordinator, liaison to Strength and Conditioning and Positional Coach as assigned. The coach will also assist the Head Football Coach with day to day operations of the program; on field coaching responsibilities; off campus and on campus recruiting; use of Front Rush; film breakdown and scouting report preparation; skill development of players; academic development of players through use of the academic game plan & Lion’s Edge; assist with football camp operations, football golf outing, football fundraising, and other duties as assigned by head coach.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Assist head coach with day to day football operations and on-field coaching.
2. Coordinate all aspects of the Offense
3. Film Coordinator
4. Liaison to Strength & Conditioning
5. Coach assigned positional players on and off the field.
6. Recruit prospective student athletes on & off campus. Evaluate & qualify all recruits in assigned areas.
7. Organize recruiting communications and campus visits.
8. Set up and monitor student athlete academic sessions.
9. Upload game film, breakdown game film and prepare scouting reports (both video and text).
10. Assist with program fundraising.
11. Assist with team social media pages.
12. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Prerequisites:

1. COMMUNICATION:

   1. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
   2. Knowledge of social media platforms and ability to maintain team pages.

2. SKILLS:

   1. Playing and/or coaching football necessary.

3. EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE:

   1. Coaching experience at high school or college level.

4. EDUCATION:

   1. College degree or equivalent required.

5. LICENSES:

   1. Drivers license required.
   2. Child clearances required.
