Position Summary
The University of New Mexico Department of Athletics is looking for a dependable and enthusiastic student to serve as the welcoming face and first point of contact for Lobo Athletics. In the role of Office Assistant , you will support daily front desk operations while delivering outstanding customer service to Lobo fans, donors, staff, and student-athletes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and direct students, visitors, faculty, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer and transfer incoming phone calls
• Assist with sorting, preparing, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
• Perform campus errands as needed
• Operate standard office equipment, including copiers and fax machines
• Organize and file documents
• Support special projects and assignments as directed
The ideal candidate will be reliable, personable, and responsible , with a strong commitment to customer service.
