Position Summary

The University of New Mexico’s Department of Athletics is seeking an energetic, reliable student to be the face and front line of Lobo Athletics. As office assistant you will assist with all front desk operations and provide exceptional customer service to Lobo fans, donors, staff and student-athletes.Greeting and directing students, visitors faculty, and staff in a professional and efficient mannerAnswering and routing telephone callsAssisting with the distribution and preparation of incoming and outgoing mailRunning campus errandsUsing office equipment such as copier and fax machinesFiling documentsAssisting with special projects as assigned.It is imperative that the ideal candidate is reliable, friendly, and responsible.** This is a student employment position NOT a work study**
