Administrative Assistant for the Department of Athletics – General Day to Day Operations
Basic Function and Responsibility
To perform responsible administrative assistance for a department or division.
Computer Skills
Use a personal computer utilizing purchased software to develop/modify working files, select and extract appropriate data and design reporting formats to present the data.
Communicating with Callers and Visitors
Greet/provide information and assistance to office visitors or telephone calls in order to provide service/support to visitors using own knowledge of office policies and procedures.
Primary Responsibilities for Campus Recreation and the Department of Athletics
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. The University will not sponsor applicants for this position for employment visas.
8:00 am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday
Pay commensurate with education and experience.
Hiring Range: $15.00 – 17.23 Hourly
Grade: GGS-005
University Title: OFFICE SUPPORT ASSISTANT III
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
