Job Summary:

On-Campus Recruiting Coordinator for the Football program under the general supervision of the Head Coach, Recruiting Coordinator and Director of Football Operations. This is a non-coaching position with secondary oversight of the recruiting efforts of Holy Cross Football. The primary role will be assisting in managing every facet of on-campus recruiting, including but not limited to, unofficial & official visits, campus tours, prospect clinics and junior days. The secondaryrole of this position is assisting with all recruiting correspondence including graphics distribution, recruiting board management and letters. Candidates should be pursuing a career in football in the recruiting or operations field of athletics. Qualified candidates should have at least two years of experience working within a collegiate athletics program. This position will not include any on-field or off-field coaching.
