Position Summary

Assists with maintaining all athletic facilities, fields and other surrounding areas of athletics.

Essential Functions

Maintains all athletic facilities including Rose Hill Gym, Lombardi Center, all athletic fields, roadways, walkways, lawns, shrubs, trees. etc. Clears snow and ice from buildings and walkways in assigned areas. Operates all types of manual and powered equipment normally used for grounds maintenance activities. Responsible for set up and break down of all athletic events and outside groups. Rearranges furniture and move jobs when requested. Overtime for home athletic events, including holidays, if necessary.

Required Qualifications: Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum two years’ relevant experience

Required Qualifications: Knowledge and Skills

Knowledge of standard tools of the trade and operation of power plant equipment. Demonstrated commitment and motivation. Valid driver’s license.
