POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

The University Athletic Association at the University of Florida is searching for a full-time Athletic Performance (Strength & Conditioning) Assistant. This position will assist the strength & conditioning activities for Softball and Baseball. Additional responsibilities include daily cleaning, maintenance, data entry, and providing support as needed. This position will be open until filled.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Required Qualifications: 18 years of age. Bachelor’s degree exercise science or related field CSCS certification through the NSCA The ability to engage effectively with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds Ability to work a non-standard work week which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of NCAA & SEC rules and regulations

BENEFITS:

This is a full-time position (30-40 hours/week) with eligibility of health insurance only (according to regulations of ACA)
