POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

The University Athletic Association at the University of Florida is searching for a Coordinator to oversee and manage the UAA P-Card program, ensuring proper use, compliance, and timely reporting. Additionally, the position assists in the creation and monitoring of monthly budget reports/tasks to support accurate financial tracking and decision-making. This position requires the incumbent to have strong analytical skills with an aptitude for working with numbers; effective interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills; highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and independent thinker; work independently and as part of a collaborative team; multitask effectively; and engage effectively with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds. This posting will remain open until a qualified candidate is selected.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Required Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent One year of related work experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel) Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field Two or more years related work experience Experience in an intercollegiate athletic environment
