Part-time Assistant Coach, Women’s Swimming

Felician University is presently seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Assistant Coach for our dynamic Women’s Swim Team.  The Assistant Coach supports all aspects of a NCAA national collegiate women’s swim program.  Reporting to the Head Women’s Swimming Coach, the Assistant Coach assists in the preparation and execution of individual and team practices, training and competition; making travel arrangements for away competitions; identifying and recruiting potential swim student-athletes, including email, phone and mail correspondence; monitoring players’ academic progress; complying with all aspects of the Felician University Coach’s manual.

Part-Time, 25 hours/week

Required Education:

BA/BS degree required, may be waived with demonstrated significant experience

Qualifications:

Demonstrated successful swim coaching experience; comprehensive knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations; ability to work well with student athletes; strong commitment to support and promote the Franciscan Felician values and function effectively within a Catholic University environment.
