Thomas College Women’s Rugby is seeking qualified applicants for a part-time Assistant Coach for the Varsity Women’s Rugby program.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the program, including both competitive success and student-athlete development.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist with building and sustaining a strong and organized recruiting pipeline aligned with program needs
  • Assist in planning and conducting practices, training sessions, and individual player development consistent with the Head Coach’s vision
  • Contribute to match preparation, including scouting, video analysis, and game-day coaching
  • Support team operations, including travel coordination, equipment management, and program logistics
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism, accountability, and commitment to student-athlete well-being
