Wiley University is seeking a qualified part-time bus driver, to transport students, faculty and staff from the Wiley University campus to the other locations as required, which could include Texas State Technical College (TSTC) campus according to specified time schedule, and on athletic and other business trips where group attendance is required. On occasions it may be required to transport students to other specified locations including shopping centers and to local sporting events. This position is also responsible for the maintenance (cleaning and minor repairs) to the University's fleet of buses, vans and security cars. This position will provide back-up grounds maintenance as needed.

1. Complies with local traffic regulations.

2. Reports delays and immediately reports accidents.

3. Maintains traveling and time schedule.

4. Inspects buses and checks gas, oil, and water daily and before major departures.

5. Reports to work neat, well groomed and appropriately dressed to handle responsibilities and interact with Wiley College students, faculty and staff members.

6. Maintains the College’s fleet of vehicles by keeping cars, buses and vans clean both inside and outside and performing minor repairs as needed
