JOB SUMMARY
The Player Development & Wellness Coordinator provides day-to-day support to the Women’s Basketball program in the areas of player development, student-athlete wellness, and basketball operations. This role assists in implementing development plans, supporting team culture, and contributing to the overall student-athlete experience on and off the court.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with on-court activities, including skill development drills, practice setup, and player support
• Provide day-to-day support and mentorship to student-athletes, helping connect them with appropriate campus and program resources
• Assist in the implementation of programs focused on life skills, leadership, and overall wellness
• Help track and organize player development progress using video, data, and staff feedback
• Coordinate logistics related to player development activities (scheduling workouts, organizing materials, etc.)
• Collaborate with coaching staff and support services to enhance the student-athlete experience
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned by the head coach
