The Program Coordinator serves as a member of the compliance team, which is committed to excellence and advancing the vision of the University of Georgia Athletic Association. This position is responsible for coordinating administrative athletic association food operations, specifically related to managing all aspects of monitoring Grab n’ Go operations, overseeing the compliance operations for training table lunch and dinner and other special events requiring catering. This position will also include additional responsibilities related to athletic scholarship administration. | | Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies |

Administration:

• Recruit/hire/train/supervise student workers and interns.
• Daily/weekly/monthly reporting of attendance of student-athletes to head coaches and administrators.
• Manage BioStar operating system for attendance.
• Maintain a current database of active student-athletes.
• Responsible for verifying accuracy and invoicing providers.
• Regularly communicate with the compliance office regarding the menu and frequency of snacks and/or meals to ensure compliance with NCAA rules.
• Collaborate and communicate with dining facilities personnel, outside vendors, head coaches, nutritionists, and other staff members regarding food operations. | | Percentage of time | 35 |

• Oversee the compliance operations for training table lunch and dinner: opening and closing of facility, monitor access, and other management tasks associated with daily operations.

• Manage all aspects of monitoring Grab n’ Go operations including planning, scheduling, and invoice processing.
• Provide compliance and budgetary oversight for Grab n Go and related operations.

• Assist with athletic scholarship processing.
