Assists with technical and administrative details involved in clinical research studies, data extraction from electronic medical records, data organization, literature review, and other research-related tasks. Assists the research team in achieving study integrity and objectives of specified research projects with goal of disseminating research findings through either oral presentations or published manuscripts.
Essential Functions1. Communicate with study staff regarding their needs with data extraction.2. Be competent with Microsoft Excel and organization of data as directed by supervising staff.3. Attend and participate in Investigator and staff meetings as needed.4. Maintain documents as required by Site Investigator/Study Coordinator, study, single IRB, and NIH.5. Communicate proficiently in English.
This position is patient-sensitive and must fulfill all associated requirements.
