Position Summary and Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Coach will work closely with the Head Swim and Dive coach in all aspects of administrative and on deck duties, including but not limited to seasonal and daily practice planning, monitoring of academic progress of student-athletes, recruiting, fundraising, NCAA compliance, planning of team travel, and assisting with home meet operations.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Work Conditions

Varied; based on recruiting, games, and practice times; normally 8:00am-5:00pm; Weekend and evening hours required; travel mandatory.
