PT Coach, Shooting Sports

Position Information

Required Qualifications:

1. This position is conditional upon an acceptable background check.
2. Current Member of the Amateur Trapshooting Association (ATA)
3. Sit as a Board Member or Officer on the Board of a local Clay Target Club
4. Shall have in-depth knowledge of all Clay Target Disciplines- Trap - 5 Stand - Skeet
5. Shall be familiar with running a Clay Target Tournament 
6. Shall have knowledge of running a shooting program Budget
7. Shall have the background in Grant Programs for Youth/Collegiate Shooting Sports
8. Shall have mechanical knowledge of Trap Machines - Trap Electronic Equipment setup and simulation equipment 
9. Shall be currently engaged in Clay Target Shooting and have the ability to train young adults the mechanics of Clay Target Shooting - including gun setup, eye focus and mental focus to master this sport.
10. Shall have available time to schedule and attend out-of-town tournaments.

Compensation :

$20,000-22,500/January 16th through October 31st of each year

Duties and/or Responsibilities:

This position will:

• Organize, prepare practices, skill development sessions, and competition
• Recruit, and scout for future athletes
• Other duties as assigned
