Job Summary:
The Quality Control Analyst assists with game preparation and management.

Specific Responsibilities :
Assists coaches and staff with:
o Creating and preparing playbooks.
o Work with position coaches on depth charts.
o Work with coordinators on practice and game plans,
o Create opponent scout and tendency reports along with practice cards;
o Data entry and research;
o Charting duties during practice and on gameday
o Weekly and post season self scout analysis
· Responsible for adhering to all Department and University policies and procedures, as well as the rules, regulations, bylaws and interpretations of the Big Ten Conference and the NCAA.
· Responsible for adhering to all Department and University continuing education initiatives and required certifications and trainings.
Miscellaneous
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree; OR appropriate combination of education and experience.
Minimum Competencies: (Skills, knowledge, and abilities.)
· Possess ability to communicate effectively one-to-one, in small groups and in public speaking contexts; writes precise, well-organized emails, letters and proposals while using appropriate vocabulary and grammar.
· Team player
· Strong analytical skills
· Extensive knowledge of football technology, including Visio and PFF.
· Ability to work cooperatively with others and effectively interact with diverse populations.
· Ability to establish engaging relationships within and across racialized and other marginalized communities
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience working with a Division I or professional football team is preferred.
Preferred Competencies: (Skills, knowledge, and abilities)
· Knowledge of rules and regulations of the NCAA, Big Ten Conference and Northwestern University preferred
