The University of Indianapolis is seeking a full-time Quarterbacks Coach / Pass Game Coordinator to support all aspects of the football program. This position is responsible for coaching and developing the quarterback position group while coordinating the team’s passing offense in collaboration with the Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator. The role bridges position-specific coaching with overall offensive strategy and plays a key role in game planning, recruiting, and daily football operations. ● Experience with offensive systems, film breakdown, and game planning preferred

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Quarterbacks Coach / Pass Game Coordinator provides direct supervision and leadership to the quarterback position group and assists in the development and mentoring of graduate assistants and offensive support staff as assigned. This position works collaboratively with the Offensive Coordinator and Head Coach to guide offensive staff in matters related to the passing game and overall offensive execution. The role also supports oversight of student-athlete academic progress, conduct, and adherence to team, university, and NCAA standards within the quarterback position group while contributing to staff coordination and communication aligned with program goals.

● Develop and coordinate the offensive passing game in collaboration with the Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator.
● Design passing concepts, lead pass-game meetings, and contribute to weekly game planning and play installation.
● Develop practice plans and game strategies in preparation for competition.
● Analyze practice and game film to evaluate quarterback performance and opponent tendencies.
● Recruit, evaluate, and retain qualified student-athletes who align with the values and goals of the University of Indianapolis.
● Support and mentor offensive position coaches and graduate assistants as assigned.
● Monitor and support the academic progress and overall well-being of student-athletes within the position group.
● Assist with equipment inventory, ordering, and budget tracking related to offensive operations.
● Follow the guidance and direction of supervisors and uphold university, conference, and NCAA policies and procedures.
● Demonstrate professional, ethical, and responsible conduct at all times.
● Maintain regular and predictable attendance and punctuality.
● Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned to support the football program.
