Job Description

 The University of Indianapolis is seeking a full-time Quarterbacks Coach / Pass Game Coordinator to support all aspects of the football program. This position is responsible for coaching and developing the quarterback position group while coordinating the team’s passing offense in collaboration with the Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator. The role bridges position-specific coaching with overall offensive strategy and plays a key role in game planning, recruiting, and daily football operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise in quarterback play, and the ability to design and execute an effective passing attack. 

REQUIREMENTS/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

Experience  

● Wide range of coaching experience and roles in the collegiate athletics setting, preferably at the NCAA Division I or Division II level. 

● Leadership experience overseeing a position group or position room 

● Recruiting experience at the collegiate level. 

● Collegiate playing and/or coaching experience preferred 

● Demonstrated knowledge of quarterback development and passing game concepts

● Experience with offensive systems, film breakdown, and game planning preferred
