• Responsibleforteampractices,gamedaypreparations,teamtravel,andcommunicatingwith University administratorsonallmatterspertaining to the team,students,andUniversitypolicy.
• Ensurecompliance withUniversityguidelinesincluding grades,classattendance,theHonorCode,andBYU Housingrequirementsforallmembers ofthe Racquetballteam.Trains,mentors,andworksdirectlywithassistantcoachesandathletictrainers.
• Maintainsresponsibilityforteamrelatedequipmentanditsstorage.

Education/Experience

• Bachelor'sDegree;preferablyinPhysicalEducation,RecreationManagement,ExerciseScience&Wellness,StudentAffairs,orrelatedfield(required)
• Assistantcoached3ormoreyearsathighschoolorequivalentlevel(preferred)
• AssistantcoachedRacquetballataUniversitylevel(preferred)

• Be familiarwithUSRacquetballguidelinesandregulations(preferred)
• KnowandunderstandtheUSARacquetballcollegiateconferenceguidelines(preferred)

• Makegraduationfromcollege,thehighestpriorityforteammembers(required)

Employee Class: 3/4 Time Contract (28 hour)

Work Location: Provo Campus
