Oversee all on-campus aspects of recruiting for the football program. Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy for the football program including correspondence with recruits, the
NLI
process, recruiting boards, depth charts, and player rankings.
Identify and evaluate potential recruits by attending high school games, reviewing game tapes, and communicating with high school coaches and scouting services.
Utilize and maintain recruiting software and monitor the various recruiting services. Maintain a database of recruits, including contact information, academic credentials, athletic achievements, and recruitment status.
Ensure compliance with all
NCAA
regulations throughout the recruiting process, including maintaining accurate records of all interactions with recruits and adhering to recruiting calendar guidelines.
Assist with the development of the offensive line.
Perform other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from an accredited college and university. Two (2) years of football experience with either playing, coaching, or administrative is required.
