The Recruiting Coordinator / Men's Basketball will coordinate all on campus recruiting efforts, including the preparation of general recruiting correspondence relating to campus visits (mailings, social media, etc.), the development and oversight of itineraries for on-campus recruiting visits for prospective student athletes, and any additional areas related to recruiting as deemed necessary by the Head Coach / Men's Basketball. The individual is responsible for implementing and executing the recruiting marketing and correspondence plan. Employee will also coordinate all Virginia Tech Basketball recruiting mailings. The position reports directly to the Head Coach / Men's Basketball.

Required Qualifications
Apply NowMaster's degree and/or bachelor's degree with related experience in collegiate athletics.
Knowledge of recruiting processes within a collegiate basketball program.
Experience using social media.
Knowledge of NCAA compliance rules and regulations as they relate to basketball recruiting,
Experience using ARMS, NEXT Scouting, XOS, HUDL or similar recruiting software.
Experience in film evaluation of prospects.
Commitment to diversity.
Experience with prospect camps.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working for a Division I "Power 4" collegiate basketball program as an administrator or coach.
