This includes planning, coordinating and executing on-campus visits for prospective student-athletes and their families. Works collaboratively with Creative Services on creative content to be used for the recruitment of prospective student-athletes. Data entry, preparing electronic communications to recruits, and organization of recruiting materials are integral components of the position responsibilities. MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree*

One year of related experience*

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

Possess a positive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Ability to engage effectively with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds and effectively interact with high energy, intense personalities

Ability to work a non-standard work week which will include evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight travel

*An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of education/experience requirements
