Job Description

ECU

Department of Athletics Ticket office is currently seeking an assistant to work in the Athletics Ticket office. The office assistant will answer phones, provide customer service, sell tickets at events, process orders, file, and perform other ticket office duties as assigned.

The individual will build quality relationships and work collaboratively and professionally with Pirate Club, Athletics, and University staff, students, business vendors and all donors and stakeholders.

The individual will also abide by all written policies and procedures of

ECU

, the Department of Athletics, The Educational Foundation (Pirate Club), the National Collegiate Athletic Association (

NCAA

), and all applicable conferences or associations.
