The Senior Associate Athletic Director is a leadership position within the university’s athletic department. The incumbent is responsible for providing strategic oversight of financial operations, budgetary planning, and fiscal management to support the athletics program’s mission and goals.
This is an in-person, on-campus; non-remote position.

Knowledge of financial operations, budget projections, forecasting processes to ensure strong budget planning and ability to negotiate hotel and travel contracts

Ability to understand the needs of students, colleagues, and communities from diverse backgrounds, identities and intersections
Knowledge of

compliance rules as they relate to financial transactions
Ability to work occasional nights, weekends, holidays and attend athletic events as needed
Higher education administrative experience.
Experience as a student-athlete, coach, athletic administrator, or business professional.
Masters degree in Business, Accounting, Physical Education, Education, or related field.
