Job Description:
The College of Wooster is seeking a SeniorAssociate Director of Recruitment and Diversity Outreach. This position is an integral member of the admissions team responsible for daily management of key initiatives including but not limited to territory management, travel planning, off-campus events, and initiatives to enroll underserved student populations. This position supervises administrative and student staff whose primary responsibilities involve recruitment activities for special-interest groups (multiethnic and underservedpopulations). They may also serve as the liaison to key campus partners and organizations such as athletics, alumni, center for diversity and inclusion, and POSSE Scholars.
