Student Financial Aid
Serves as the primary liaison between Student Financial Aid (SFA) and Athletics Compliance and the Missouri Department of Higher Education & Workforce Development (DHEWD). Assists student-athletes with all aspects of the financial aid process including counseling regarding financial aid, processing of aid, reporting, presenting to Athletics Department personnel and students, and reviewing squad lists within the designated NCAA software. This position will also administer all state aid programs, help facilitate policy and procedure creation/revision and financial aid regulatory processes, assists with developing the guidelines for measuring compliance reviews for randomly selected files, analyzes and proposes new direction for SFA policies in compliance with federal, state, and institutional entities. Aids in daily compliance tasks, reconciliation, and participates in office-wide projects and initiatives. Serves as a back-up to all areas of the office to support increased workflow or shift in office priorities and conducts special projects on behalf of the SFA leadership team.

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Salary Range: $54,000 - $57,000/annual
