Job Duties
| Essential Duties and Responsibilities |
- Provide leadership to freshmen and transfer student-athletes by serving as the leader of multiple small groups.
- Assist assigned groups with weekly meetings where individuals organize their plan of action for the week ahead and have conversations about their experiences as a Sycamore student-athlete as they transition to ISU in their first academic year.
- Meet weekly with director and coordinator for timely conversation prompts and guidance on important timely topics to discuss in groups.
- Prepare weekly reports describing student-athlete participation and organization habits.
