Description

Job Summary:
The Sports Information Assistant works in concert with the Assistant Athletic Director, Strategic Communications to promote HPU Athletics through various communications platforms, perform game day operations, update and maintain statistical information, and produce social and digital media for assigned sports. The Sports Information Assistant will also coordinate editorial content of the athletic website, under the direction of the Assistant AD.

Location: This part-time non-exempt position is located at St. Francis School in downtown Honolulu, where HPU Athletics Administration sits.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
  • Prior experience in athletic administration with responsibilities involving media, public relations, or game operations; or equivalent education/training or experience.
