QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualified candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s degree. The successful candidate will have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and the ability to successfully disciple student athletes. The candidate should also possess strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks and work within a budget, excellent written and oral skills, knowledge of computer applications, fundraising, event planning, camps and financial management, the ability to work weekends, evenings, including travel, and can demonstrate commitment to or experience working with diverse populations. Must be able to lift and move equipment, maintain a valid driver’s license, and transport the team as needed.
