Job Description:
Reporting to the Director of Sports Information & Promotions, the successful candidate will assist the director in organizing, supervising, and administering an NCAA Division III intercollegiate sports information program. The candidate will also demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to a liberal arts education, Division III athletics, and an appreciation for and commitment to all NCAA, Southern Athletic Association (SAA), and institutional rules and regulations. The candidate should also possess strong communication skills, leadership and mentoring abilities, and the ability to foster a culture that is both disciplined and caring. Other duties and responsibilities may include:
Compensation includes tuition for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a $9,000 stipend for 10 months each academic year. The program is a 2-year MBA program.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree and admission to the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Berry are required. Previous sports information student experience at the collegiate level is preferred.
