| Job Summary/Basic Function |
Position manages all athletic surfaces on campus, including natural play surfaces and artificial turf. Creates and maintains a maintenance program for use of playfields in accordance with NCAA standards.

Required:
A valid Utah Driver License is a condition of employment. Must complete WSU Driver Safety Training annually.

| Preferred Qualifications |
Preferred:
Utah Pesticide Applicators License.
Ability to perform bulk density and soil analysis tests.
Irrigation auditing.
Pesticide/herbicide/fertilizer application skills.
Knowledge of proper Integrated Pest Management Principles (IPM) and apply these principles in monitoring for pests and diseases. (Diagnostics and implementation).
Operate and maintain sports field equipment.
Exceptional communication skills.
