Responsibilities of this position include:
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree or higher plus 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A Master's Degree is preferred. Current certification as a professional strength coach with the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association or National Strength and Conditioning Association required. Experience in collegiate strength and conditioning coaching preferred.
This position requires the following clearances: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check. This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid driver’s license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks.
