Lake Forest College is accepting applications for our Strength and Conditioning Coach/Program Coordinator position. This is a full-time, 11-month administrative position with benefits. The Strength and Conditioning/Program Coordinator position will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strength and conditioning programs for the College’s 25 varsity sports, as well as overseeing the 9,500 sq. ft. Wes Dixon Weight Room, student staff, equipment, scheduling, and campus-wide fitness programming.

Apply NowQualifications: Bachelor’s degree required / Master’s degree preferred. Current and ongoing certification through either the NSCA (CSCS) or CSCCa (SCCC/MSCC) are required. Current standard first aid, CPR, and AED certifications. Preference will be given to individuals with previous Division III experience and 2+ years of collegiate strength and conditioning experience. Candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to working in intercollegiate athletics and to the principles that guide Division III athletics. Successful candidates will demonstrate the potential for collaborative leadership, a high degree of personal initiative, and a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusiveness. In addition, all candidates must have the ability to relate effectively to student-athletes, coaches, and the College community, demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, exhibit strong time management and organizational skills, and possess proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
Salary and benefits: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
