The William Paterson University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and Recreation is an integral part of the University's overall mission to provide its students with a comprehensive educational experience, one that stresses the importance of academic, personal, emotional, social and physical development. As a part of the University's Division of Student Development the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics has long been a source of pride for the entire campus community, thanks to the Pioneers' outstanding achievements on and off the competitive fields of play. Currently sponsoring 13 NCAA Division III teams (baseball, men's and women's basketball, field hockey, football, men's golf, men's and women's soccer, softball, men's and women's swimming and diving, women's tennis, women's volleyball), William Paterson is a member of the New Jersey Athletic Conference, one of the most competitive leagues in the nation. Job Summary
The Strength and Conditioning Coach is a ten-month full-time position responsible for design, implementation, and supervision of the varsity athletics strength and conditioning program. The position reports to the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Athletics and Recreation.

Required
Current NSCA-CSCS or CSCC certification
Minimum requirements include knowledge and skills developed through at least 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline.
First Aid, CPR, AED certification
Carry, lift, push, pull loads/objects of 50 to 99 lbs.
