The position will be a sports performance Director, overseeing and implementing strength and speed programs. As well as leading the program based around our athletic department core values

Examples of Duties

• Implement daily strength plans including innovative statistical analysis and accountability for the strength and speed program

• Work with the VP, Athletics to achieve a strong culture

• A positive influencer for students

• Transparent individual who enjoys working in a healthy environment with members of our athletics department

• A program builder who is willing to grow the program

• Recognizes the importance of strength and safety

• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Strong communication and recruiting skills needed

• Strong organizational skills needed

• CSCS or CSCCa certification required

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred
