Job Summary:

General Assistant to esports. Assist with managing the teams, helping in esports tasks, and managing the esports facilities.

You do not need to meet all of the responsibilities and skills. Whichever skill and responsibilities you can learn or do already will be the job function. Anything you don’t know but you’re willing to learn is perfect.

Principal Responsibilities

• Assist coach with monitoring facilities

• Provide set-up, and clean-up assistance

• Technical assistance (PC’s, Peripherals, Streaming Services)

• Assist with organization-related activities (Gaming Club)

• Monitor gaming room sign in and sign out

• Oversee practices and assist managing teams

• Follow department policies and procedures

• Come to work as scheduled by supervisor

• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

• Understanding of PC/Peripheral parts and gaming software used (Discord, Twitch, Streamlabs)

• Windows competency.

• Ability to communicate effectively- Attention to detail- Ability to multitask- Professionalism

• All of these skills we’re willing to teach. Don’t be concerned on your exact proficiency

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be a sophomore or higher

• Must be enrolled as an
