Department: Men’s Basketball
Duties and Responsibilities: Carroll College Men's Basketball program is looking for a team manager for the 2024-25 season. The position is to be preferentially filled by an individual who would like to pursue a career in athletics, either as a coach or in a managerial position, and would be interested in learning the inner workings of a basketball program, from the operational tasks through strategic planning.
Main duties would involve day-to-day management tasks that aid in the execution of Carroll's Men's Basketball weekly strategies. These duties would include in-practice assistance with practice environment, responsibility for all MBB space presentations, practice and game laundry, travel preparation assistance, and tasks around future strategic planning. Depending on the selected candidate's interests and capabilities, extra income can be generated with additional adjacent tasks, such as social media and camps/clinics management. These responsibilities can be discussed in the selection process as candidates communicate the scope of their capacity and interests.

Apply NowQualifications: Candidate must be enthusiastic, have good communication skills (oral and written), have availability to work nights, mornings and/or weekends. Must be dependable and trustworthy and get along well with others. All regular student holiday times can be observed.
Employment Specifications: Work-Study preferred, but not required.
Approximate Hours/Week: 10 to 20 hours per week
Special Time/Schedule Requirements: Position starts in October and ends at the end of the basketball season in late March, early April.
Wage Rate: $12.00/hour
