| Position Description Summary |
To assist customers of the Athletic department in purchasing tickets and various concession food items.
Perform basic cashier duties
Assist with customer questions and service needs
Receive, price and restock merchandise
Maintain orderly and clean store/work areas
Assist with miscellaneous departmental duties
Abide by all University policies
STUDENT POSITIONS ARE OPEN TO INDIVIDUALS ENROLLED IN A MINIMUM OF 1 ON-CAMPUS TRAD COURSE (INCLUDING PSOC) AT UNW.

| Required Qualifications |
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to interact with a variety of individuals in a professional, courteous and tactful manner
- Able to prioritize projects, completely accurately and in a timely manner
- Able to work individually or as a member of a team
- Understanding of and agreement with University of Northwestern’s Declaration of Christian Community and Doctrinal Statement is essential

The ability to demonstrate balancing, fingering, far vision, depth perception and field of vision approximately 35% of the time
Environmental Condition Factors:
Ability to work alone approximately 60% of the time and work with others or around other or with customer/public contact approximately 40% of the time
Ability to work inside, with mechanical/electrical equipment and with moving objects approximately 75% of the time
Ability to work in a confined area and with dirt/dust approximately 60% of the time
Ability to work in extreme hot, extreme cold, with noise and fumes/odors approximately 35% of the time
Ability to work in wet/humid conditions, with vibration, with burning material/equipment, with explosive material/equipment, radiant energy, in high places and with gases approximately 10% of the time
Work Environment:
The work environment involves working in a suburban, Christian university, a demonstrated commitment to the mission and values of the University and an agreement to abide by all University policies.
