The Strategic Communications & Promotions Manager for the Division of Student Success at Missouri S&T plays a crucial role in promoting the division’s programs, services, and initiatives. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans and utilizing effective promotion platforms to enhance the visibility and engagement of student success initiatives. The manager will work closely with various stakeholders, including students and employees, to effectively communicate the division’s goals and achievements.
This position will be dedicated solely to the Division of Student Success with a dotted line reporting relationship with the Division of Marketing and Communications to ensure adherence to established brand standards, editorial consistency, and to enhance efficiencies in communication and promotions. The role will have access to all MarCom communication and marketing platforms and templates with cost sharing as needed.

Education: A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Knowledge and Skills:
The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $58,960-$83,304 annually.
Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
