JOB DUTIES:

• Process single-game, season, group, and special-event ticket orders.
• Ensure timely and accurate ticket distribution to fans, visiting teams, students, sponsors, and guests.
• Support maintenance of ticketing software and databases.
• Provide customer service via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Resolve ticket-related issues professionally and efficiently.
• Help maintain positive relationships with fans, donors, and internal partners.
• Event Management
• Assist with supervising ticket office operations on game days.
• Coordinate with event management, marketing, compliance, and external operations to ensure smooth entry and ticket scanning.
• Help train and oversee student workers and game-day staff

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1-2 years of ticketing experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate's Degree or higher
• 1-2 years of ticketing experience
