Job Duties

Assist Head Coach with all areas of program operations including practices, competitions, recruiting, academic monitoring and other additional aspects in operation of the Men’s and Women’s Track & Field/Cross Country program. This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating team travel (including creating itineraries, lodging, meals, transportation, etc.) This position will also assist with any home meet management and other administrative tasks assigned by the head coach. In addition to the assigned operations tasks, the coach will assist with daily practice implementation.

Minimum Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree from an appropriately accredited institution required.

Qualifying degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions and conferred by the time of hire.
